Episode 1: Exordium Edit

Kenichiro Treglazov was never seen in person in episode 1 but is heard over the intercom at the beginning of the game and seen in a landscape painting in his private dining hall. Not much is known about him except that he is shrouded in mystery and is the head of the facility. This character type is much like Big Brother from George Orwell’s 1984, which the game is heavily based upon.

Episode 2: Metamorphosis Edit

In this episode, a lot more is revealed about Treglazov. This is largely due to the fact that he has a whole museum dedicated to him next to the library that Hope has to go through in order to retrieve a pin code leading to the librarian’s office. Before Hope reaches Treglazov’s office to get a thumbprint, which would get her to the librarian, it is revealed that Hope sees Treglazov in a god-like manner and he likes her better than the other precals in a near pedaphilic way. However, when she finds the librarian dead and lying in a pool of his own blood, she sees the murderous, evil ways of Treglazov. Depending if the player allows Hope to watch the surveillance footage from around the time of the Librarian‘s death, then the extent of Treglazov‘s evil will be revealed to her. In the footage, it shows Quinn Derringer interrogating The Librarian over distributing Zager’s tapes and later brutally murdering him. Treglazov, at the end credits of the episode, is heard over the intercom making a fake eulogy, claiming he died of a heart attack and Derringer tried to save him, to cover up the murder.

Episode 3: Ones and Zeroes Edit

Episode 4: God’s Acre Edit
